VILLA MONTANA BALI BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES VALIDITY 

•  All below rates are valid immediately until September 1 st , 2010.

RATES

•  All rates are quoted in American Dollar per villa per night

•  Agents must not publish rates lower than listed Villa Montana Bali published amounts.

•  Rates are subject to change , however we will honor rates for all reservations booked and paid prior to the change.

•  Rates are inclusive of;

•  Daily Breakfast

•  Refreshment towel upon arrival

•  Flower arrangement for Villa Decoration upon arrival

•  Welcome drink

MINIMUM NIGHT'S STAY REQUIREMENTS

•  The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights stay for the low season, 7 nights stay for high and peak season period.

VILLA CAPACITY

Maximum occupant is 8 adults.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

•  The bookings must specify the name of the clients, date of check in and check out date and number of clients.

•  All bookings shall be made directly to Villa Montana Ubud Bali and confirmed in writing by fax or email, as well as any revisions and/or modifications.

PAYMENT TERMS, CANCELLATION, AND NO SHOW POLICY

•  No show will be subjected to 100% of total villa rental.

•  Cancellation of reservation must be received no later than 30 days prior to the client arrival, during high and peak season period, and 15 days before arrival date during regular season.

•  Deposit will not be refund for Cancelation made less than 30 days before client arrival, during high and peak season period, and 15 days before arrival date during regular season.

•  If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival for High and peak Season and less than 15 days prior to arrival for High, Peak season, full payment is required.

•  For last minute bookings (within 5 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptabl e

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT & EXTENTION PROCEDURE

•  Check in time is 14:00, Check out time is 12 :00

•  Early check in will be subject to availability.

•  Early check in will be imposed 50% charge base on 1 night rental charge.

•  Day used or late check out until 17:00 will be charged 50% of 1 night rate, later than 17:00 will be charged full payment of 1 night rate.

•  Late check out is subject to availability.

•  In order to guarantee the availability of a villa for late check out, the villa must be reserved prior to the guest arrivals.

LIABILITY

•  Villa Montana Bali is exonerated from all responsibility in case of non respect, total or partial of the booking terms arising from unforeseen circumstances, third party liability, or circumstances beyond its control: accidental damage, catastrophes, partial or total strike and all governmental measures which would make it impossible for Villa Montana Bali to carry out the terms and the contract partly or fully.

LITIGATION

•  Any disagreement concerning the interpretation or application of the present booking terms which cannot be settled out of Court by both parties, will be submitted to the competent Court of Law.
